hmm, the writer didn't try dance central? i think that'd be something to try
"So I've played 3D games on our platform. Our platform is completely capable of 3D…but I do think we need to think about what's really accessible for people today as opposed to where some of the science experiments are."
That's exactly right. 3D gaming has not been introduced to the public in any way whatsoever (at least successfully), which makes this push for a new tv and glasses a science experiment.

"This wasn’t a part of the PlayStation Plus announcement. But PlayStation is always working on identifying new partnerships, developing new features and providing new content that our users want."
:/
well in that case make all exclusives multiplats...
"But I'm not interested in spending another $150-200 when I barely play my DSi as it is."
This isn't another DSi, this is a completely different handheld with a line up that completely dwarfs the DSi's. PAY ATTENTION!
I wonder how much money they can cut off their overhead with a console based purely on digitally distributed content? I mean, how much money does OnLive have? I'm sure Sega has more...
Also Metal Gear Solid on the 3DS is also a huge megaton.
Why would he develop Left 4 Dead for the PS3? I can understand Portal since Portal 1 was already on the PS3 (regardless of who published it).
But the crowd seemed pretty happy that he "mended the rift." Portal seemed to be the easiest move for Valve since it's already on the PS3.
Um...3D movies on the 3DS w/out glasses.
No other technology has done this, as stated in the conference.
Pretty much the biggest megaton.
Nowadays anything that claims to be a "_ _ _ _ -killer turns out to just be a not-as-tight-clone.
Yeah, well said. I suppose they are geared towards two different markets. But I suspect it's only a matter of time before they're able to track where people are and change the viewing angles based on that rather then just straight on. The question is whether current 3D tech will last long enough to make people purchase 3D TVs w/glasses...
If someone can get a prototype working now and advertise the heck out of it, it could be a real bruiser to those current 3D push...
Wow, I meant component. *Self face-palm...
Still, if the first Portal was on the PS3, then why wouldn't the second Portal be on the PS3? Everyone knew how bad the port was in the beginning. So congratulations, you're getting a better multiplat IP that you already had?
If it were Left 4 Dead, then THAT would be a bombshell.
PS3 already HAS Portal, regardless of who makes it...
composite and hdmi and i will give them a cookie.
no, pandamobile, i didn't say click disagree...i said post sources...
Uh, are you serious? The gun load animations are like exactly the same. The red damage arc is exactly the same. You get little point popups after each kill--also indicates headshot. Night vision. Controlled predator missile drop after a killstreak. Map of who's where in the upper left corner. Popup that tells you when to reload when you're low on ammo. Same running/walking mechanic.
This is not the medal of honor we're used to. This is Modern Warfare 2.
Pandamobile
Post sources please.
I was thinking about this. How can Sony promote a 3D handheld when they've been at the forefront of 3D glasses technology.
If they announced a PSP2 in 3D, wouldn't people begin to demand from Sony Glassesless 3D TVs as well?
And if Sony refused to release the tech, would people see that as Sony being greedy for keeping this now outdated tech on the markets?
Nintendo really did a hell of a job putting Sony on the spot with this move...
Did anyone see how remarkably similar it was to MW2? Like...remarkably similar?
buy the cable to transfer your old hdd stuff to your new hdd. they should at least include it with the new system...
